The best way to prevent Cardiovascular Disease is to control the modifiable risk factors and to be aware of the non-modifiable risk factors. This non-medical seminar will discuss the non-modifiable and contribution risk factors for CVD, psychosocial and environmental modification strategies for CVD prevention and management, and an epilogue on sharing about the heart healthy diet and supplements.
