River Crest is a modern 80-bed hospital, specializing in the treatment of behavioral health and chemical dependency disorders that can afflict persons of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and the elderly. Our continuum of care includes evaluation, crisis stabilization, treatment, education, prevention, and aftercare.
Our goal is threefold: to provide crisis stabilization, skills development, and enhancement of personal strengths so you may function safely in health after you leave our program.
Treatment is provided by a multi-disciplinary team consisting of case managers, psychiatric nurses, adjunctive therapists, social workers and teachers who are all under the direction of a physician. Treatment takes place in a secured, nurturing environment, allowing patients to focus solely on the recovery process.
Group, family and other therapies reinforce coping skills, accountability, and a realistic, positive self-image.
Our aftercare programs link patients to support systems, helping to increase the likelihood for enduring high-quality behavioral health.
